If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. I want to lose 55 pounds by September, i'm doing really good on my eating but I don't think its good enough. I WANT TO LOSE 6 POUNDS BY THE END OF THIS MONTH. My friend suggested that I fast but I don't know about that. I want to try hard enough to lose 15 pounds a month, it can be done but I need a perfect eating plan. If my meals aren't planned then I wind up slipping into fatty foods and junk. BREAKFAST's- Fruits, wheat toast w/ milk. LUNCH-Salad. DINNER-Veggie Buger with a salad. 10 glasses of water a day. And 1-2 hours of exercise everyday, no rest days.
