Message Replying To From Michele, Age 17 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 206 - Hi.. I'm Michele and 17. I weigh 206 lbs and I would like to lose 20 lbs before my 18th b-day whick is 4th if July. I exercise pretty good. I walk mile a day and do exercise tape Mon, Wed, and Fri. I do weight lifts Tues, Thurs, and Sat. all I really need to work on is my eating. I don't know what kinds of food to eat for each meal so please tell me some suggestions. thanks |
