Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Because of school, weight loss is harder. I decided so that i can avoid dissapointment every couple of weeks or so, I am going to weigh myself on the 1st of every month and measure myself, etc. I am 188 now, I think my goal is going to be 180 by the end of the school year (1 month from now). Its where I started at the beginning of the school year, so i feel like i will have a fresh start at changing my life. What do you all think? should I lose more? This summer I plan on doing a combo of running, walking, weight lifting, and tai boe every day to lose a total of about 20 pounds, and then be 130 by Christmas time...
