Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Ugh...I haven't been eating horribly. I've been eating a little more than I would normally, but everything I have been eating is organic and healthy, so I am not worried abotu that. What I am worried about is the fact that I have had NO FREETIME to work out at all this week. I'm not sure if I should weigh myself this week out of fear of the numbers...Tomorrow is the start of a four day weekend though, so i plan on taking that time to workout A LOT. I'm probably going to skip my "cheat meal" this week, even if i lose weight because i looked in the mirror and I see no weight loss. I know my body is over 15 pounds lighter, but i dont see it...
