Ht. 5 10, Wt. 204 - hey guys...havnt been here in a while...but yeah, anyways so like everysummer im going to try this again. last summer well in like febuary 2004 i lost about 30 pounds and felt great...but i wanna do it a better way then i did last time because that didnt keep the weight off, and every time i start to diet i go back to my old weight losing habits. this summer i have bball 7-9 and volleyball 9-11 so ill be getting lots of excersize. ANd we have an elipiglide so im going to try to do that do like a mile or two starting today. anybody have any ideas on how to quit getting back into old bad, eating ideas like eating only 700 cals a day?
