Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - 7 Weeks of dieting, and I have lost 20 pounds. I started at 205 and exceeding a size 18 (I dont even know how big i got--i was afraid to look). Now I am 185 and an 18 (U.S. sizes) varies between baggy and comfortable. I have lost just this month alone 3 inches in my stomach, 3 in my thighs, and 2 in my hips. I forgot to measure myself in the beginning so I prolly lost more than that. I am not sure how much weight I could lose by Christmas Break, which starts in 29 weeks. How much do ya'll think I could lose? I was thinking 2 pounds a week...58 pounds. That would get me to my overall goal of 130. Is this realistic?
