Message Replying To From Mikayla, Age 15 Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - What I did for those that wanted to know: I followed a 6-day vegetarian diet. Not salads galore, just meatless meals like veggie lasagna and veggie burgers, etc. I went on a 1.5 mile walk around my neighborhood daily. I also did another 1.5 miles on a heavily inclined treadmill. 100-200 bicep curls with 20 lbs, 100-200 squats, 100-200 crunches, taebo kicks. I did all of that except for this week. I also traded fattening cheeses and eggs for organic cheese and egg whites only. Avoid all high fructose corn syrup and partially hydrogenated foods, and its not hard to lose weight. It made me lose 20 lbs. |
