Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 G:180 UG:130 - This may sound confusing but lets use me for example. I've lost 25 pounds. But i've sorta fallen off my strict eating. I start my new plan Monday and it's a totally different type of eating will my weight loss come as if i'm just starting a diet (like how you lose more the first week of dieting)? This may be confusing, if you understand please reply.
