If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Michele, Age 17 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 205 - how much weight do you think I will lose if I ate.. breakfast- yoplait yogurt.. lunch-salad with low fat dressing.. and dinner- chicken or salad.. walk 2 miles a day, lift weights every other day and do my exerciseing ball every other day when I don't lift weights.. I would like to be a 185 before my 18th b-day is that poosible.. oh yea and for snacks eat grapes, strawberries.. |
