Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I started excersizing again yesterday. I didnt do a lot, because it had been a week since i last did anything. I did some taebo moves, my squats and bicep curls and then i was on the stationary bike for a little bit. Wasnt a very good workout, but at least it was more than i was doing. I went last week just dieting alone and I lost 3 pounds, so i think that even just a mild workout daily would help me drop some more pounds.
