Ht. 5'7, Wt. 240 - todays day breakfast : frosted mini wheat the strawberry kind with skim milk lunch : chicken sandwich with corn and goldfish snack : weight watchers ice cream sandwhich and pretzels with laughing cow cheese dinner: probably pizza my mommy is sick 1 or 2 slices only exerise 2 miles on teh track in gym about an hour doing them cause it was really hott and i swam 15 laps in my pool 1 lap = back and forth and i did that for about 40 minutes more exerise is on the way at the gym how did my day go
