Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Well I weighed/measure myself this week. And I didn't work out this week because I have had looooooaaaadddddssss of work to do for school. I just made sure I walked home (1/3 a mile) and took the stairs at school. Anywho, this week I lost 1inch in my thigh (3 total), .5 inches in my waist (5.5 total), 0 in my bust (2 total though), and 3 pounds (23 total). I went from 205 in April to 182 now.
