Ht. 5'5, Wt. a bit too much - Hey guys; I do believe I've lost 2 lbs since last week. :) I only have 13 more to go before I reach my goal. I'd really like to reach that either by July 4th or maybe July 16th (My b-day). I can't believe how much I've accomplished so far. All my life I've wanted to lose weight, and now it is finally happening. :) I tried on a pair of shorts the other day that I couldn't even button a while back, and now I can! Isn't that one of the greatest feelings. :) Anyways, so far today I've had a bowl of oatmeal, a 6" sub from subway, and a little thing of applesauce, only 45 calories. Those low cal snacks are secrets to success, and plus - water, water, and more water! I also enjoy diet green tea. I try to walk 2 miles atleast 3 or 4 times a week, sometimes more. Anyways, good luck to the rest of you, and maybe I'll have some more good news next weekend. :)
