Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Chris, Age 15 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200-210 - Ok, so today I started eating healthy, exercising, etc.Eating healthy is no problem. Exercise is where it's bad for me. I'm athletic, though I didn't play any sports this year, I lift weights, I have a lot of muscle, but I have no stamina. I have a treadmill and stationary bike at my house. I have no stamina on the treadmill.I try the couch to 5k plan.Maybe it's since I haven't ran in forever, but I do the first 10 minutes of it and my legs hurt and I'm tired. The problem with the stationary bike is that it's too easy unless I have it on the hardest level of it, and then I can only do it like 10 minutes straight at the max.Any opinions, tips, etc?I'd like to maybe swap emails with someone who has lost some weight and can help me out, or something.Well, I'm out. I'm going outside to mess around. It's better than sitting at the computer. Even things like going outside is better than sitting on the couch all day.Someone reply.I'm done typing. |
