If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Shekina, Age 17 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201.5 - I need some advice on working out. I already try to go for walks 15-25 minutes a day, and I do 20 push ups and 25 sit ups as well. I don't do this every day, but I try. I feel that I don't do enough of the muscle training stuff. I would like to know if you guys think this is enough for every day, and/or what else I should do???? |
