Message Replying To From ~savanna~, Age 14 Ht. 5'3, Wt. 138 - Hey people sorry I havent been up here in a long time.Well in school we have these step with it things and they have them at Mc.Donalds but n e ways all you do is put it on your waist and take as many steps and excercise with it and record what you steped. The goal is to get 10,000 steps a day so far i got 318 because i just put it but im about to go outside and run around the block and i'll tell you how many steps i toke when i ran around the block. well i g2g love savanna |
