Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I finally got in a workout today. I finished my homework early and got the chance to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. it felt pretty good. nowhere near as intense as it was a few weeks ago, but i am trying to ease my way back into it. i think it will jumpstart my diet. I havent gained since not working out (I actually lose 6 pounds) but I need the workout to tone up. I am so excited for next year. my goal is to be 20 pounds lighter over the summer, my braces come off next month, i am cutting 10 inches off my hair for locks of love and I will be allowed to date!
