Ht. 5'2, Wt. 210 - so what do you guys think: i had had a granola bar for breakfast cuz i was late for summer school. and since i had to walk there today i needed to leave really early. for lunch i had a thing of water and half of the schools pizza (that in itself is not healthy, nothin at school can be right? ;D) anyways then, actually just a little while ago, i had a plate of veggies stuff...umm well it's a mexican dish (i don't know what it's called really) but i know it's not cooked with much. actually it's just the veggies themselves cooked with chicken breast (is that good?) all in water. ya i know it sounds yucky but it's actually really good. so anyways and a little bit of penuts. and for exercise: does my walk to school count? it takes me 30 to 40 min to get there. but maybe it's too early or somethin. like i said before i'm new to this and have close to know idea what to do. so ya if you guys can give maybe a little help that'd be sooo appreciatted. thanx!!
