Ht. 5'4", Wt. 213 - Today I wasn't able to eat breakfast because I was late for work. For lunch I had a big salad with lots of veggies and olives and egg, no dressing. For dinner I had a bbq pork sparerib(only 4oz), a salad with fat free ranch, and some pasta stuff with a little sauce(only a 1 cup serving for the pasta w/ sauce), for a snack I had a fat free yogurt and a white tea thing from Snapple(it has 120 calories in it.) Other than that, I drank water and tea all day. I rode 8 and a half miles(30 minutes) on my cycle machine. I know I could probably do better and tomorrow I will eat breakfast. How did I do today?
