Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 G:180 UG:130 - Everyone is noticing my slimming down. I only notice it a little bit, 25 pounds lost and i've lost only most of it from my stomach. I want to lose another 30-35 pounds by the middle of septmber. I myself actually wanted to start a fast for the rest of this week to prepare myself to lose 5 more pounds by the end of this month. Cause I did really bad today with my eating so I am going to try to make up for it tommorow. My new eating plan consists of: BREAKFAST- Slimfast Shake w/ fruit. LUNCH- 6 inch Subway Sandwhich (the under 6 grams of fat ones) or a salad. DINNER- Boca Flame Grilled Veggie Burger (YUM) with a salad, fat free dressing. Water all day long....and just A QUESTION!!--Is Crystal Light bad for you, and how does it taste? I was thinking of buying some. ANYWAYS replies would be nice, GOOD LUCK to everyone else tho!
