Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 185.5 - Hey this I lost 2.5 lbs yesterday yea!! All I did was 1 hr of cardio on this new thing my mom got called the Ramp. And it really works it's fun and you don't sweat alot if you do the entire movie you get 45 min of exercise. And then I did 15 min of crunches squats push up and lunges
