Message Replying To From Kaylee, Age 14 Ht. 5'3, Wt. C:130 G:120 - A yummy breakfast idea that is super healthy is a smoothie. I make mine with 1 cup of fat free strawberry yogurt (110 calories) 1 banana (100 calories) and a little milk to make it as smooth as you like it (calories vary on the type milk you use). Anyways you take all the ingreedints and Blend it in a blender or smoothie maker with ice. It's a cool meal for hot summer days and its so good and so low calorie!! ENJOY!! |
