Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - wow I just realized how tall I am :] anyways, school starts in september (8th or so?) and I want to lose 20-25 pounds. is is possible? I have 11 weeks. The healthy weight loss is 1-2/2-3 pounds a week. so yes it's possible? How many calories would I have to eat a day. I exercise ALOT (not trying to brag or anything) But I have no trouble with exercising, I just have trouble with the eating part. I'm on the girls tennis team next year, so I need to get in shape for that/practice, since it's all cardio. I'm new at this guys..nice comments please?
