If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Mandy, Age 13 Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - wow I just realized how tall I am :] anyways, school starts in september (8th or so?) and I want to lose 20-25 pounds. is is possible? I have 11 weeks. The healthy weight loss is 1-2/2-3 pounds a week. so yes it's possible? How many calories would I have to eat a day. I exercise ALOT (not trying to brag or anything) But I have no trouble with exercising, I just have trouble with the eating part. I'm on the girls tennis team next year, so I need to get in shape for that/practice, since it's all cardio. I'm new at this guys..nice comments please? |
