Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - OHh and a really good sight to go to is MyPyramidTracker.com...you create a user name and then it asks you if you want to maintain your weight or gradually loose weight, and you enter your current weight, height, etc. and it will tell you how many calories to eat a day. It also lets you input all the food you have eaten today, along with your physical activity. It tells you how many ounces of meat, carbs, fruit, vegis, etc that you can have. It limited me to 125 calories of junk, so I think that is a good goal. It might be of help to some of you who can't follow a strict plan, because it is letting me eat 1600 calories a day and still loose weight, as long as most of those 1600 aren't junk! Good Luck!
