If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Claire, Age 17 Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Hey I was wondering when your working out and you lose like a lot of cals....say 400 and then after that you eat obviously...don't you get those cals back? So what's the point of working out? I dunno, just curious...if the cals come back...what exactly are we losing? lol Please reply. |
