Ht. 5'5?, Wt. 150 - Alright week. I hopped on the scale Wednesday and noticed I had lost a few more pounds. Since then I've been a bit obsessive, since I only have 5-10 left to lose. We haven't got a whole lot of walking in this week. I missed Sunday, Wednesday, and then last night I only got a mile in. That was good enough, considering we were under a severe thunderstorm watch and it was thundering while we were walking. I still can't seem to get all 1200 calories in per day. That's a goal for me, to try to up it some. I think that my weight loss some, so my goal is to add in more healthy fruits and veggies to maybe add in some more calories.
