Ht. 5'7, Wt. 177 - today was a ok day so far i ate for breakfast 2/3 a cup of potatoes and a thin slice of turky then i took a short 15-20 minet walk for lunch i road my bike to subway 1.7 miles up and down hill. and got a low fat low caliore low sodium low sugar sandwich with lots of veggies and a water bodel (no chips). then i had to to ride my bike back home i took the long way 2.1 miles. for dinner i am probely going to have a sald and apple slices then walk my dogs about a mile and a half. I LOVE SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
