Message Replying To From Delilah, Age 16 Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hey everyone! First of all, I wanted to thank everyone who replied to my post. Alexis, I will most definitely email you. It's good to know someone is going through a very similar situation! Anyways, So far so good. Today I had special k for breakfast, a lean cuisine meal for lunch, and a salad for dinner. 5 glasses of water total. I worked out alot today, crunches,pushups,weights. Then tonight, I got in a huge fight with my mother. I always go for the sweets when i'm upset. Well tonight i decided instead of getting out the cookies, i'd go for a run. So i did just that and i ran 2 and a half miles. I feel great and I really feel like this might be the summer I get fit for real. Good luck to all of you, and I hope you are all doing fantastic!!
