Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - Ok since I worked 13 1/2 hours yesterday I went to bed around 12, so I didn't wake up until about 11:30. I felt so sick from everything I ate yesterday that I didn't eat lunch until about 1pm. I had a piece of toast with peanut butter, apple sauce, and two servings of mini rice cakes (140 calories). I am trying to not count calories too much today and just focus on the nutrients I am getting. I have to work again tonight (restaurant) and there is nothing healthy there, except they do have salads, I'm just never motivated to eat them when there is so much buttery and yummy foods around. How can I stay away from them?! I tried last time and I ended up eating soooo much. -Also, how am I doing so far today? I know I didn't really eat a "breakfast"..will it affect me that much?!
