Ht. 5'8, Wt. Goal 140 - I've lost 10 pounds since school got out. I weighed 180 now 170. I have 53 more days till school starts again. Hopefully I'll be down to 160 ish when it starts. Cause I have to stay home all the time I just eat small amounts of food. And I've been doing 100 full sit ups (going to my knees) two times a day and 30 push ups one time a day. I'm not sure if it really helps. but I've lost 10 pounds. And during the last quarter of school I lost 10 pounds too from running in PE every day. But mainly I just tried to shrink my stomach from not eating much so I can get full fast.
