Ht. 5f3, Wt. 226 - I thought of good tip ok try to make your self lose weight at a lesser goal such as maybe 5 or 8 pounds Instead of saying "O my goal is 30 to 50 pounds" because once u put your mind into it you might feel alil overwhemeled or stress like for example if ur small weight goal was to lose 5 pounds then reward yourself by getting a manicure or pedicure and lil stuff like that and as u get better in losing weight u can eventually go up alil like 8 or maybe 10 once u do that reward yourself again like as getting your hair fixed then take up alil notch like 15.. so I hope u ppl understand what im trying to say what im trying to say is start yourself with a small weight goal and once u reach it reward yourself ^.^ who says diets have to be boring? u can try this method instead
