Message Replying To From Delilah, Age 16 Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Alrighty. [Breakfast] A bowl of cheerios [Lunch] A lean cuisine sandwich, and a bowl of grapes [Snack] A granola bar [Dinner] A salad, steamed vegetables, and a veggie burger. [Exercise] Danced for 45 minutes, Walked the dog for 35 minutes, Worked out with weights, Did my usual crunches,pushups,cardio. [Water]12345 glasses [Yes,I'm counting. I didn't have 12,345 glasses of water! Haha] So how did I do today? My total calories were 1,095. Hope you are all doing well! Oh and by the way, WHATS WITH ALL THE FIGHTING LATELY?
