Ht. 5'6, Wt. S:280 N:255 G:170 - I can't believe I have gained, well yeah I have been off my diet for a while. I'm so sad about it though. I am going to try to lose 2 pounds by the Sunday and 8-10 pounds by the time I start at the YMCA or before then. BREAKFAST-Raisin Bran w/lowfat milk-- SNACK-Apple-- LUNCH-Salad w/fat free italian dressing. DINNER- Boca Veggie Burger & a salad. Exercise--DDR & stationary bike. Hopefully as I go back on my diet I will see the same sudden results that I did before. Wish me luck and good luck everyone else :)
