If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From kaitlyn, Age 15 Ht. 5 3, Wt. 145 - today was a good day it is now 9:23 and i am hoping i can resit food until tommarow i excersied twice today once at home and the next at the gym. i hope i can keep this up and hopefully get to my goal weight of 135lbs and keep my self in tip top condtion so i dont end up like one of my class mates who is constantly picked on by other students. |
