Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hey guys! Mmk Today I woke up too late [around noon!] So basically [Luch] A bowl of cherrios [because if i eat something that isnt a breakfast food after i first wake up, i would throw up. I don't know why] [Snack] Yogurt [Dinner] A salad, A lean cuisine sandwhich, a cup of oranges. [Water] 123456 [Exercise] Ran a mile & then did my normal crunches,cardio,weights. Total calories 985. I know that is terrible, but it's because I missed lunch. Well, Hope you are all doing awesome! I've had my period since sunday and I feel heavier =[ That is normal right?
