Ht. 5'2, Wt. 170 - im a soccer player so my diet has to has alot of bread and pasta in it. i know it's not good but because for my body but during soccer i burn 800 or so cal so my diet makes me eat protien form bread. so that is why i have alot starch in my diet but i burn it all of. is this ok.
