Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - I'm attempting to boost my metabolism. I make myself work off at least half of what I eat calorie/carb wise. I also only eat a little bit at a time, whenever I feel a hunger pang. I eat 1200 calories spread out from when I wake up to about 7:00 PM. I hope its working. I want to be at least an American size 14 by the end of the summer (I am a 16 now). 155 would be amazing to be at the end of the summer, but I will settle for 165.
