Message Replying To From kaitlyn, Age 15 Ht. 5 3, Wt. 144 - well i lost one pound today and am now at 144 and today is my fourth day of diet and excerscise the main thing i do is excerscise everday and eat only when i am physically hungry wich is about every 6 to 7 hours i eat a good breakfast and lunch but i stay up pretty late so for a late time snack i eat fruit |
