Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 - Hi I think i have found the solution to all our weight probems. I heard of this diet where you eat 18 calories for each meal for every 1st day. For every 2nd day you eat what every you want. If you dont do it exactly like that you wont be able to lose the weight. For each meal eat a waffle/toast with any fruit or vegetable. Drink water with each meal. If you dont want to eat the toast/waffle and fruit or vegetable for every meal replace with tuna a fruit or a salad. The next day eat whatever you want. You don't even have to excersise. If you want to excersise it can speed the proccess up to 5-15 pounds. On average just dieting alone you can loose up to 30 pounds in a month depending on your body chemistry.
