Message Replying To From Lauren, Age 17 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 148ish - Hey guys! I just wanted to add a quick update. This week hasn't been the greatest. We didn't get a lot of walking in, and we ate at Pizza Hut Thursday and Cracker Barrel yesterday. My mom said we weren't going to eat out any this week though. It's a new week, and I'm revamping my program a bit. :) Weight loss seems to have gone a bit slow this week, because of my decisions last week. Anyways, I'm not letting this get me down. I'm definitely going to walk today, and I'm going to aim to walk the whole week. As you all probably know, it's been hard for me to walk in the past, because I always have to walk with a parent. My aunt called this morning and offered a treadmill to us! That'll definitely be some help. That means, I can get in a mile whenever I want it! My goals this week are 4 bottles of water each day, 2-3 miles each day of the week, and 1200 calories each day. - Oh and by the way, yesterday I was able to buy a size 13 in cut off pants! I was so excited! I'm hoping that maybe my weight loss will increase some once I go to the doctor tomorrow about some hormonal problems I have. - Anyways, that's all for this week.
