Ht. 5'8, Wt. 180.5 - well i weighed myself 2 weeks last monday nd i weighed 182.5 which werent that bad for saying i havn't been on a diet in 5 months and dont exercise any more! my lowest weight this yr was in feb and it was 173.5 so thats a 9lbs difference! which to me isnt bad soon as i have been eating alot lately! well ive moved house so its been stressful month or so bt i weighed myself on monday 3rd july and my weight was 180.5 so 2lbs in 2 weeks whilst not trying is pretty good! bt from yesterday i have uped my exercise and lowered the amount of calories i am intaking! i really want to be 133- jus like the number bt soon as im quite tall i dont think 9.5 stones will suit my body frame so i have exactly 3 months to lose around 28lbs! jus before i go to college!!! i hope everyone is motivated whereas i go through phases! i think its basically lazyness! im off now xxx ill keep updating!  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)
