Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 200 - Well I started today a little late lol (i slept late) and missed breakfast once again. For lunch I had a homemade hamburger with the littlest bit of mayo and tomato. I also had like 3 frys and a salad since i missed breakfast and I was a lil hungry. For a snack I had 1/2 cup of raision brand with a tad of milk. Not the best but better than yesterday. Planning on going walk tonite.
