Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - I'm so motivated yay! lol anyways I'm gonna swim laps for 45-60 mins a day.. go to the weightroom when i can or a run. Dance around alot. Drink lotsa water, diet ice tea (0 cals) and eat special K, fruit, veggies, slimfast, tuna, sometimes for a treat a hot dog., salads, wraps. etc. What do u think? I wanna lose weight b4 my bday! july 31st.
