Ht. 5"6, Wt. 152.6 - hello,i went on slimfast and lost 7lbs in a week,all you do is have a milkshake for breakfast and dinner then a healthy meal for tea,eg veg and fish.its really hard to do but worth it in the end,and youll feel miles better about yourself,remember its not how big you are its about how comfortable you feel in your body,good luck
