Ht. 5 3, Wt. 142 - hey everyone its me again lol i just wanted to let everyone know what i ate today i eat a piece of fruit for breakfast or cereal and for lunch i eat what my family cooks but i take half of that and put it on the side for dinner so i basicly just spread my lunch into 2 meals lunch and dinner. This is really important DRINK LOTS OF WATER or if u have those sugar free no calorie single packets people put in water to make it taste better use that they have no calories
