Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey guys I'm really having trouble sticking to a healthy diet. I tell myself I won't eat certain things and then finding myself eating them anyways saying that I'll just start tomorrow. Nothing feels worse than breaking a promise to yourself. If you can't trust yourself, who CAN you trust? I need some *serious* motivation. I mean school is starting in less than 2 months (i think?) and that's motivation but it's not enough to keep me going for day and weeks and months! How do I lose 20 pounds fast? I feel like if I don't see results quickly, I give up. I want to lose ATLEAST 10lbs by July 27th. PLEASE HELP. -Caitlyne
