Ht. 5'7, Wt. 210 - ive been stuck at my weight of 210 for a long time, and lately ive been excercising (cycling) 30 minutes everyday and drinking 2+ liters of water a day. I also try to eat healthy as i can. it kinda sucks cause before i drank a lot of soda and was 220 then i stopped drinking soda, and started excercising and got down to 200, then i gained the weight back but i still dont drink soda. so its harder this time around.
