Message Replying To From Mikayla, Age 15 Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Today I worked out pretty well and ate pretty well. I was busy for most of the day (I got new shoes to go with my new "skinny outfit") so I didnt get many calories in. I got them in at dinner though. In the morning I ran a mile, in the afternoon i went on a long walk around my hilly neighborhood with my dog and in the evening i did crunches, squats, a little more running, and bicep curls. I ate meat today =( I couldn't help myself--I needed the added calories. |
