Ht. --, Wt. --- - OK, this is the first weekly challenge!!!! Everyone who wants to can join. This week is: DO A CARDIO WORKOUT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES FOR 5 DAYS BY NEXT MONDAY!!!!! I know a lot of you are already doing lots of exercise, and if you are, I challenge you to add 10 minutes to it for this week. Good luck everyone. Once or twice throughout the week, I might make a post seeing how everyone is doing on the goal, and then on Monday, it will be time to set a new goal, and talk about our success on this week.
