If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From WEEKLY CHALLENGE, Age 0 Ht. -, Wt. --- - In case you missed the earlier post... this is the first weekly challenge!!!! Everyone who wants to can join. This week is: DO A CARDIO WORKOUT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES FOR 5 DAYS BY NEXT MONDAY!!!!! I know a lot of you are already doing lots of exercise, and if you are, I challenge you to add 10 minutes to it for this week. Good luck everyone. Once or twice throughout the week, I might make a post seeing how everyone is doing on the goal, and then on Monday, it will be time to set a new goal, and talk about our success on this week. |
